How can I quit smoking? Is this the question that arises so many times in your mind but you cannot find an accurate answer? The answer to this question is that you can quit smoking only if you want to quit it. Yes my friend this may sound absurd but the real power that can motivate you to leave this habit is Your own will power.

The first and the most important step to quit smoking is to set a date to quit. Yes you think that the next Monday will be the last day when you will smoke, no more smoking after that day. Remove all the things that remind you of smoking. Get rid of all the cigarettes from your surroundings from your home, your office. Don't move around with friends who smoke I am not saying that leave them but try to avoid them until You have become so strong to resist the temptation. Once it is decided it is decided don't smoke even a single puff.

Just hang around more with your friends and let them share your time with you so that you can shift your focus from smoking to some other activity. Develop a new hobby yes just start doing something new and whenever you feel like smoking just divert your mind to the new hobby.

Finding the best way to stop smoking is something almost impossible because every person reacts differently to various stimuli or triggers so there are very slight chances for someone to come up with the best way to stop smoking that will help everybody.
